Thank you for shopping with The Peach Cottage! Many of our items are handmade, hand-painted, personalized, or made to order. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the item ordered. Because many of our products are handmade or created specifically for you, please refer to the individual product listing for the current processing time.

Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Peach Cottage is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping delays outside of our control.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thepeachcottage.com.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or has not arrived, please contact us at hello@thepeachcottage.com. We will be happy to help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepeachcottage.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
