Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade, hand-painted, and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personalized/custom orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order from The Peach Cottage! Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thepeachcottage.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Cancellations
Because many of our products are handmade or created specifically for you, we begin working on orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once work has begun on a custom, personalized, or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled.
